MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN



Kress is looking for a full time Maintenance Custodian to join our team in the development of specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries.



The Maintenance Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in both office areas and the manufacturing shop. This position performs routine cleaning, light maintenance, and sanitation duties throughout the facility.



Responsibilities -

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces


• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office and shop areas


• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the building


• Clean shop floors using industrial equipment as needed


• Restock supplies in restrooms, breakrooms, and cleaning stations


• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting larger facility issues


• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stored properly


• Follow company safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications -

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• 2+ year's previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Positive attitude and a team player


• Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments


• Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
