Job summary

Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Licensed Hair, Skin & Nail Technician to provide a full range of beauty services including haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing.

You will greet guests, assess needs, recommend services, stay current with trends, maintain a clean workspace and follow health and safety guidelines while upholding hotel policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Cosmetologist, Full Specialist, or Nail Technician experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; 50 lbs infrequent.
• Must be legally able to work in the USA.

• Discuss the client's needs and provide service recommendations.
• Assess clients skin/hair and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain knowledge of all Salon & Spa services, product lines, and retail items.
• Comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Follow industry trends and stay up to date on new techniques.

Responsibility:

• Greet guests warmly and prepare them for treatment.
• Discuss the client's needs and provide service recommendations.
• Asses clients skin/hair and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain complete knowledge of: All Salon & Spa services, product lines, and retail items.
• Comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Follow industry trends, stay up to date on new techniques.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Florida Cosmetology License required.
• Dual licensure (e.g., Full Specialist or Nail Technician) is a plus.
