We are seeking a candidate who has a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills. If you have experience performing skilled trade duties in the operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings and related facilities and systems, come join our team!
The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday and employees in the maintenance department rotate availability for after hour or weekend on call duties.
May work in all weather conditions and move in and around confined spaces. This position is building maintenance oriented, not construction, and involves frequent lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds, involves occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, and involves infrequent lifting and carrying items weighing up to 75 pounds.
