Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or engineering roles in a CPG food and beverage environment.
• Proven success in implementing programs across multi-site operations.
• Expertise in TPM, IWS, Lean, and digital manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance cost optimization initiatives.
• Participate with Engineering on capital projects to ensure maintenance cost efficiency.
• Drive reduction of maintenance costs through supplier management and strategies.
