Danone North America is seeking a Maintenance Cost Optimization Manager in Louisville, Colorado, to implement cost-effective maintenance strategies across manufacturing networks. This pivotal role involves driving productivity projects while reducing maintenance costs and optimizing expenditures.

As Maintenance Cost Optimization Manager, you will implement cost-effective strategies for equipment reliability, maintenance practices and site capabilities across our manufacturing network. This pivotal role is responsible for executing productivity projects and maintaining quality while optimizing maintenance expenditures as well as problem‑solving and capability building.
The salary range for this position is $105,000.00–$140,000.00 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
Travel could be 50% based on location.
