Atlas Tube at Zekelman Industries is seeking a Maintenance Clerk in Kansas City, MO to manage and track repairs, coordinate internal and external maintenance, enter data, and communicate with vendors. The role requires proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office and reports to the maintenance planner.

Shift 5:30am–2:00pm with a pay rate of $27 per hour. The position emphasizes organization, safety, and timely documentation to keep facilities and mobile equipment operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and safety-minded approach.
• Ability to coordinate repairs and enter maintenance data.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and verify parts issued.
• Identify required parts from drawings and guidance from the maintenance team.
• Enter part requisitions for maintenance needs.
• Track internal and external repairs with timely follow-up and documentation.
• Perform data entry for work orders, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate facility repairs (doors, HVAC, roofing, plumbing) and update systems.
• Create work orders and purchase requisitions for mobile equipment repairs.
• Coordinate equipment rentals as requested by teams.
• Adhere to Atlas Tube OH&S regulations and safety practices.
• Provide daily activity logs to maintenance manager.
