The ideal candidate is proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating both internal and external repair activities while staying compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and safety-conscious approach.
• Experience coordinating facility and equipment maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to verify parts and follow-up needs.
• Identify parts from drawings and maintenance direction.
• Enter part requisitions based on maintenance needs.
• Track internal and external repairs with timely follow-up and documentation.
• Perform data entry for work orders, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate facility repairs (doors, dock levelers, HVAC, roofing, plumbing) and update systems.
• Create work orders and purchase requisitions for mobile equipment repairs.
• Coordinate equipment rentals for maintenance or operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety practices per OHSA regulations.
• Provide maintenance manager with daily activity logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
