Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the community, respond to requests, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. You will support resident move-ins, ensure safety standards, and manage vendors and budgets.

• Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency.
