Atomic Storage Group seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to keep our self-storage facilities safe, clean, and fully functional across multiple locations within a 95 mile radius. You will conduct walkthroughs, perform on-site repairs, and document issues with photos for follow-up.
The role requires hands-on work, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage several sites without constant supervision. A background check and valid US work authorization are required.
We're a self-storage company that believes in hiring capable, no-nonsense people who take pride in their work. We value clear communication, strong customer service, accountability, and people who can solve problems without needing constant hand-holding.
No endless meetings that could've been emails. No micromanaging every tiny detail. Just a team of hardworking people who get things done and support each other when needed.
Even though we have locations across the country, we work together like one highly effective team with a good sense of humor and a strong work ethic. We trust our people to do their jobs professionally, take ownership of their work, and keep our properties in top shape.
Do you take pride in fixing things right the first time? Are you the type who notices a loose latch or a burnt-out light before anyone has to point it out? Can you handle a full day of hands-on work across multiple properties without needing someone standing over your shoulder?
