Hunt Companies, Inc in Lincoln, MA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the property safe, attractive, and well‑maintained. You will lead preventive maintenance, inspections, scheduling, and make‑ready tasks, while ensuring compliance with policies and safety rules.
The role requires strong hands‑on maintenance experience across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry, plus 1–3 years of supervisory work and proficiency with Yardi/Microsoft Office.
The Maintenance Manager will assist the Maintenance Director/Community Director in maintaining the property's physical condition in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing preventive maintenance programs, performing property and equipment inspections, maintaining the project inventory, supervising personnel, and assigning maintenance tasks. Also accountable for preparing work schedules and ensuring compliance with all maintenance‑related policies. This position is responsible for ensuring that the units and other property facilities at their assigned location remain in good working order. Will perform tasks as needed, which may include service requests and preparing units for rent availability (including painting units and landscape duties).

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $95,213 - $117,060, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
