Airshare Careers is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance for assigned managed aircraft, ensuring FAA compliance, company standards, and customer expectations. The role ensures aircraft are safe, mission-ready, and maintained in a cost-effective manner.

Essential duties include coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, tracking hours and cycles, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors and MROs, evaluating quotes, and supporting budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma required.
• FAA A&P license required with 5 years of general aviation experience.

• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for assigned aircraft
• Track maintenance requirements based on hours, cycles, and calendar intervals
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins
• Maintain accurate aircraft records and logbooks
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance events with vendors, OEMs, and MROs
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes; recommend cost-effective solutions
• Review maintenance invoices and process warranty claims
• Support maintenance budgeting and cost tracking
• Perform or coordinate routine servicing and inspections as needed
• Communicate maintenance status, downtime, and return-to-service timelines with internal teams and aircraft owners

The Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities for assigned managed aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company standards, and customer expectations. Ensures aircraft are safe, mission-ready, and maintained in a cost-effective manner.

• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for assigned aircraft
• Track maintenance requirements based on hours, cycles, and calendar intervals
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins
• Maintain accurate aircraft records and logbooks

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have a HS Diploma and an FAA A&P License with 5 years of general aviation experience. Must have working knowledge of FAA Part 91/135 regulations and Falcon 900 experience.
