MAU is hiring a Maintenance Controls Manager for our client in Conway, SC. As a Maintenance Controls Manager, you will lead maintenance reliability and controls efforts to improve equipment reliability, increase on-stream time, reduce costs, support plant capacity, and maintain safety performance in a 24/7 manufacturing plant. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information
Required Education and Experience
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with experience in highly technical operations/facility management
- 5–7 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Maintenance engineering skills
- Ladder logic programming experience related to process automation and control
- PLC experience, including required Allen-Bradley experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Microsoft Office, CMMS, and Oracle experience
- Working experience with Siemens control systems

- Compliance with ITAR and/or EAR requirements
- Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 and 15 C.F.R. § 772.1
- Must provide proof substantiating status as a U.S. Person
Essential Functions
- Lead efforts to maintain a World Class Safety program and Safety Performance
- Set goals and develop and implement programs to achieve plant and business objectives
- Increase on-stream time and reduce costs through improved equipment reliability
- Track and trend reliability metrics, including TBC and costs
- Apply preventive, predictive, and proactive tools and programs effectively
- Take an active role in maintenance activities
- Coordinate with engineers, maintenance, and operators to implement new process operating conditions and procedures
- Respond as required to specific equipment and performance problems
- Maintain the integrity of all drawings, specifications, programs, compliance/inspection records, and other documentation
- Adhere to all ISO system requirements
