Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking an experienced Maintenance Controls Engineer to lead day-to-day maintenance controls for plant equipment, automation systems, electrical controls, PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and instrumentation. You will guide technicians, plan work, and drive reliability improvements across Maintenance and Operations teams.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of college/technical training in electrical, automation, instrumentation, or related discipline.
• Five to eight years of experience in technical maintenance, electrical controls, automation, instrumentation, or related fields.
• Technical certifications related to PLCs, industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, or automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance controls activities to minimize downtime and support production needs.
• Directs controls technicians during troubleshooting, repair, and start-up.
• Plans and prioritizes controls-related work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance.
