Qualifications

• Seven+ years in aircraft maintenance operations.
• Five+ years in supervisory or managerial roles within maintenance.
• FAA A&P license required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, SABRE, and the Maintenance Turnover Program.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real-time maintenance control operations to ensure airworthiness and compliance.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and fleet reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance events with managers and controllers to maximize fleet utilization.
• Ensure safety, procedural compliance, and high-quality maintenance outcomes.
