Air Transport Services Group's ABX fleet maintenance leadership role seeks an OPS Manager of Maintenance Control to provide strategic direction and ensure airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and safe operation of all assigned ABX aircraft.

The role leads the Maintenance Control Department, coordinating real-time tracking, dispatch reliability, and enforcement of procedures while supporting executive operations in a demanding shift pattern.

Competenze

• Seven years of progressive, hands-on aircraft maintenance operations experience.
• Five years of formal supervisory or managerial experience in an aircraft maintenance control or line maintenance environment.
• Current FAA A&P license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and operational systems (SABRE).

Mansioni

• Oversee maintenance control operations for efficiency, safety, and leadership.
• Coordinate real-time asset tracking and AOG status boards.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance events to maximize fleet utilization.
• Support executive operations and strategic maintenance initiatives.
