Job summary

JSX is seeking a Maintenance Control Supervisor in Dallas to lead the Maintenance Control team and maximize aircraft availability through effective coordination of people, parts, processes, and costs.

You will serve as the primary contact for leadership on shift, overseeing AOG logistics, flight coordination, and cross-department collaboration to maintain safety and compliance while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of line maintenance/technical operations experience with a Part 121 or 135 operator.
• Experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• AOG logistics coordination for rapid maintenance responses.
• Lead cross-functional Maintenance Operations Control meetings and calls.
• Mentor junior team members and promote safety and compliance culture.
• Coordinate ferry flights and non-revenue maintenance checks per policy.
• Monitor Out of Service systems and ensure timely updates by Maintenance Controllers.
