Requirements and Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee project startups.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients within the aviation and transportation sectors.
  • Manage project resources, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or aviation projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project, Maintenance Connection).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and remain out of town for extended periods as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
  • Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
  • Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
  • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
  • Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
