Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Remote

Note: Travel required to Dallas, Texas, United States, 1-2 days a month if required.

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects in software development or IT.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
