Your Role as a Project Manager

You’ll be the face of Imperium Roofing in your territory, responsible for:

• Door-to-door canvassing
• Educating homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Managing client relationships and pipeline
• Overseeing projects and ensuring client satisfaction
• Communicating with customers and staff
• Collaborating with the team to grow new territories
• No micromanagement

Compensation & Expectations

• 1099 Independent Contractor role
• First-year earning potential: $110,000–$200,000
• Long-term potential: $250,000+
• Work 40–50 hours/week (flexible but full-time effort required)

Requirements to Succeed

• 3–5 years of sales experience (roofing experience a plus)
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
