Job summary

Pic the Gift seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead maintenance and continuous improvement across our Creve Coeur and Wentzville locations.

The role focuses on developing preventive maintenance programs, driving equipment reliability, and coordinating repairs with vendors while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You'll partner with operations and leadership to identify improvements, track metrics, and mentor a maintenance team toward measurable gains.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Drive scrap reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and identify operational efficiencies.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Improve and document maintenance procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and vendor support.
• Track maintenance and equipment performance metrics.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams on continuous improvement efforts.
