Job summary

Pic the Gift is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and continuous improvement across its Creve Coeur and Wentzville locations. The role focuses on reliability, safety, and process optimization within a fast-growing print-on-demand environment.

Qualified applicants will have strong maintenance and leadership experience, with a track record in troubleshooting, problem solving, and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Drive scrap reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and identify operational efficiencies.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Improve and document maintenance procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and vendor support.
• Track maintenance and equipment performance metrics.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams on continuous improvement efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity

Requirements

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or related experience
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, or process improvement
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
