Responsibilities
- Analyze processes and equipment performance using Lean tools to identify inefficiencies.
- Lead TPM programs to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement via Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
- Lead PFMEA and root cause investigations to boost machine uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements.
