Job summary

Allient Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational performance, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery in a lean manufacturing environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues, implement new manufacturing processes for new products, and maintain production documentation while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Automation Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 0-8 years of work experience; internship or co-op experience considered.
• Experience with Lean implementation in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes root cause and corrective action plans in response to customer quality concerns and communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Leads production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing process issues affecting productivity and On Time Delivery using data-driven methods.
• Identifies bottlenecks and barriers to one piece flow; collaborates with internal and external suppliers to meet design and quality requirements.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes for new products.
• Develops and maintains production documentation including standard work and process procedures.
