Job summary

EJ is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to coordinate M-3 activities for the manufacturing plant and distribution center. You will interface with all shifts and other departments to ensure accurate labor entry and timely maintenance documentation.

The role involves generating PM work orders, handling document control, and reporting on work orders using DOMO and M3. Strong computer skills and basic maintenance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including Excel/Word; ERP or complex database experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints; familiarity with maintenance parts.

Responsibilities

• Enter labor hours for M3 work orders daily.
• Close M3 work orders after supervisor approval.
• Scan and file work orders; share equipment calibration data with ISO.
• Generate and sort PM work orders for shifts.
• Attend and document department meetings; post notes on information board.
• Maintain and update the information board and training schedules.
• Create reports on work orders completed using DOMO and M3.
• Monitor environmental work orders for timely completion in DOMO/M3.
• Promote safety, ensure adherence to safety expectations, and support company values.

SUMMARY

Coordinates M-3 activity for the manufacturing plant and distribution center.

Includes interfacing with all shifts and with other departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter labor hours for M3 work orders on a daily basis.
• Close M3 work orders upon approval from a maintenance supervisor.
• Scanning in of work orders, managing the storage files and sending needed information on equipment calibration completion to our ISO department.
• Generate and sort PM work orders for shifts.
• Attend department meetings for documenting meeting notes.
• Posting meeting notes on information board.
• Keeping information board up to date.
• Assist with coordinating and posting department training schedules.
• Create reporting on work orders completed for investigation using DOMO and M3.
• Help to monitor environmental work orders for completion on time using DOMO and M3.
• Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent, required.

Basic computer competency -- Microsoft Excel, Word, email, etc. required; ERP or other complex database experience, preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a high level of proficiency with personal computers and knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software and Lotus Notes.

MECHANICAL SKILLS

Mechanical skills including the ability to identify maintenance parts and materials (such as pumps, motors, valves, electrical parts, etc.); blueprint reading, and use of various measurement tools required.
