Work involves finish carpentry, millwork, and various construction-related tasks at Red River Army Depot. Candidates should be able to lift 40–45 pounds, read plans, and work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Masonry experience preferred.
• 1-year certificate or 5+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Must lift 40–45 pounds.
• Must interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain credentials.
• Must be available for any shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, maintain and use hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to determine materials.
• Perform finish carpentry and millwork for construction, modification, maintenance or repair.
• Lead or assist lower graded workers and direct workflow as needed.
• Demolitions layout and cleanup as assigned.
