The Fresh Market in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Maintenance Call Center Administrator to support store operations. You will answer calls, create and track work orders, and help vendors and stores troubleshoot issues.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and proficiently use Microsoft Office and work order systems to keep service requests moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, dispatching, call center, facilities maintenance, or service coordination experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized work order systems.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls and respond to emails and work order service requests.
• Troubleshoot service requests with stores both telephonically and by email.
• Dispatch Work Orders to vendors.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Follow up and update work orders with required information.
• Manage and resolve service request issues, store complaints, and vendor inquiries.
• Provide customers with product and service information to troubleshoot service requests.
• Enter new customer information into system.
• Update existing customer information.
• Process orders, forms, and applications.
• Identify and elevate priority issues.
• Route calls to appropriate resource.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports
