Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly
Job Title: Maintenance Attendant
Work Shift: Variable, depending on facility; full or part-time positions.
Breaks: Variable; depending on facility and hours worked. Two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.
Overtime: Variable, as applicable.
Machines Used: Ford Vans, leaf blower, pressure washer, floor buffer, handyman power tools, electric welder, restaurant equipment (soda dispensers, stoves, refrigerators, etc.).
Tools Used: Hand and power tools, shop vacuum, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, gardening tools, plumbing and maintenance tools.
Assistive Devices: Pushcarts, dollies, ladders, containers, food prep/warming equipment.
Safety Equipment: Welding gear, masks, aprons, gloves, safety shoes, back braces.
Workplace: Inside hotel, kitchen, customer areas, outdoor parking and landscaping, all maintained according to safety and cleanliness standards.
Job Tasks: Assist in maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities, grounds, and equipment; respond to guest requests; perform cleaning, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping tasks; operate maintenance machinery; ensure safety protocols; support opening/closing procedures.
Daily Routine: Log in, prepare tools, prioritize tasks, perform repairs, maintain cleanliness, troubleshoot issues, and report activities at shift end.
