Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Mult i-Craft Associate Maintenance Technician for the Reynoldsburg, Ohio location.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex material handling and automated systems while performing multi-craft facility maintenance such as plumbing, drywall, and painting. The candidate will diagnose electrical systems and equipment, read schematics, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with strong electrical skills.
• Familiarity with conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues.
• High school diploma/GED and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (high/low voltage, AC/DC) and material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Multi-Craft Associate Maintenance Technician

Your Role

As a multi craft Associate Maintenance Technician you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex material handling and automated systems, while also performing multi-craft facility maintenance including plumbing, drywall, and painting.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (high/low voltage, AC/DC) and material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Minimum Salary: $27.00

Maximum Salary: $35.44

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
