Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group’s Outbound Mammoth property is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Associate to join the team during the busy season. You will help maintain safety, comfort, and the guest experience while supporting engineering staff and responding to guest requests with a service-first mindset.

The role requires flexibility, hands-on experience with basic building maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge in building maintenance with 1+ year in a similar position.
• Experience with basic diagnostic devices and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge.
• A people person who is flexible, enjoys troubleshooting, and values safety and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

Seasonal Maintenance Associate – Outbound Mammoth

At Outbound Mammoth, we are seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Associate to join our team and help create distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests during our busy season. As an integral member of the property team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay while experiencing everything Mammoth has to offer.

In this seasonal role, you will respond to guest requests with a service-first mindset, using the freedom to go beyond expectations and turn everyday interactions into moments of magic. You will also perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and assist with the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all areas of the property. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands‑on, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional guest service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in hospitality maintenance while contributing to an outstanding guest experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun! Experience. Must have basic knowledge in the building maintenance fields with a minimum of one (1) year in a similar position or equal experience, specifically using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment. Knowledge. Must have experience with basic diagnostic devices and training in general‑overall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry knowledge and the ability to trouble shoot in these principals.
