Job summary

Outbound Mammoth is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Associate to join our property team in Mammoth Lakes. You will perform general maintenance tasks, complete work orders, assist with upkeep of guestrooms and public areas, and respond to guest requests with a service-first mindset to create a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge in building maintenance with a minimum of one year in a similar position or equal experience.
• Experience using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment.
• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen and carpentry with the ability to troubleshoot these areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine repairs and preventive maintenance as part of a team.
• Respond to guest requests with a service-first mindset to help ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas while performing maintenance tasks.
• Prepare for daily work assignments, review priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Ensure safety and security of the property, guests, and associates.
