Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Kansas City is seeking a Maintenance Associate to maintain the Club’s property, perform building repairs, and manage preventive maintenance programs. You will respond to requests, identify unsafe conditions, and support construction projects as needed.

Key responsibilities include daily property inspections, routine maintenance, and collaboration with the Facilities Manager. HVAC experience and knowledge of general trades are desirable to ensure safe, efficient operations

Qualifications

• Experience in facility/maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of general construction trades and mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties daily to ensure building operations meet standards.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis.
• Address safety concerns and identify hazardous conditions.
• Other duties as required.

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment.
