Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Associate responsible for maintaining club properties, performing repairs, and supporting construction projects. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties daily to ensure operations meet standards.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance across the facility.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on daily tasks.
• Address requests and concerns from clubhouse staff and members.
• Identify unsafe or hazardous conditions and address them.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• HVAC experience
• Other duties as required
• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
