Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs seeks a Maintenance Associate responsible for the Club’s property maintenance, building repairs, construction projects and equipment upkeep. The role includes responding to requests and concerns and identifying unsafe and hazardous conditions.

You will inspect properties daily, perform regular and preventive maintenance, and collaborate with the Facilities Manager. HVAC experience is preferred, and knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance

Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• HVAC experience
• Other duties as required
• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
