McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance position to keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment well-maintained. You’ll follow safety protocols, perform routine upkeep, and support the team during busy periods, with opportunities for training and growth.

This on-site role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork across shifts, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers while upholding restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain productive throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures (training provided).
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain lobby, restrooms, kitchen, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Exterior Maintenance: Keep parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping clean and free of debris.
• Equipment & Preventative Maintenance: Clean and maintain fryers, HVAC filters, and follow maintenance calendar.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow food safety standards, use PPE, report hazards, and operate equipment safely.
• Operational Support: Assist during busy periods, complete logs/checklists, and participate in safety inspections.
