Job summary

Dandy Mini Marts is seeking a Store Maintenance team member in Sayre, PA to supervise a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment. You will greet customers, maintain shelves, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across all areas of the store.

The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and sustain a neat appearance per dress code. Benefits include health options and paid time off where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive work environment with peers.
• Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and general housekeeping procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and employees.
• Stock and maintain products on shelves and in coolers following FIFO and other established procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the store, including restrooms, self-serve areas, shelves, floors, windows, and customer-facing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the store, including cleaning pumps, filling wiper fluid buckets, sweeping/shoveling sidewalks, and monitoring wastebaskets.
