Dandy Mini Marts in Sayre, PA is seeking a Store Maintenance team member to keep the store clean, well-stocked, and inviting while providing friendly customer service. Starting rate is $13.75/hr with weekly pay in a regular full-time role.

The position requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, outdoor duties in various weather, and availability for holidays and weekends. Join a family-owned, community-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive work environment with peers.
• Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and general housekeeping procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and employees.
• Stock and maintain products on shelves and in coolers following FIFO and other established procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the store, including restrooms, self-serve areas, shelves, floors, windows, and customer-facing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the store, including cleaning pumps, filling wiper fluid buckets, sweeping/shoveling sidewalks, and monitoring wastebaskets.
• Perform property inspections, monitoring for ice, potholes, and debris on the premises.
• Review Store Communication Board daily for important updates and/or information.
• Perform tasks and procedures utilizing all SOPs and handbooks.
• Adhere to Dandy's employee attendance and punctuality policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

• Availability to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or non-standard hours.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
