Job summary

Dandy Mini Marts in Horseheads, NY is seeking a Store Maintenance team member to keep a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment. You will greet customers, stock shelves, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support daily operations while following SOPs and company policies.

The role emphasizes reliability, the ability to work outdoors in various weather, and teamwork to maintain a welcoming shopping experience for our community.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience a plus, but not necessary.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or non-standard hours.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance according to dress code policy.
• Represent yourself and TEAM Dandy positively and respectfully.
• Stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Perform property inspections for ice, potholes, and debris.
• Review Store Communication Board daily for updates.
• Perform tasks utilizing all SOPs and handbooks.
• Adhere to Dandy’s attendance and punctuality policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Store Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Perform tasks and procedures utilizing all SOPs and handbooks.
• Adhere to Dandy’s employee attendance and punctuality policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
