Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Store Manager in Sayre, PA to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise staff, plan scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies while driving sales and community engagement.

You will coach and empower TEAM members, recruit and train new hires, and analyze performance metrics to meet store goals in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 10–50 lbs when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and lead your TEAM to grow and succeed in their role and beyond.
• Communicate store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
• Connect with communities to build positive relationships and store success.
• Recruit, hire, and train TEAM members to ensure great customer experiences.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve store goals.
• Comply with Dandy programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean and tidy appearance throughout the store and work areas.
