• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or porter/cleaning.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Able to work in cold/hot/dusty/loud environments.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, exteriors, and leasing office.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and shared spaces.
