The role includes following standard operating procedures and assisting with daily maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in keeping interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and supports the maintenance team with needed tools and training.
• Comfortable following food-service safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain outside grounds and keep store frontage tidy.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactors and change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
