• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness daily.

• Changes light bulbs and cleans HVAC/exhaust units.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
