Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
• Respond to guest service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and tools.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

In this role, you’ll support the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for both guests and team members. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full‑Time, Seasonal (Available now through December)
• Shifts: Nights, weekends, and holidays are a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
