Job summary

Stellar Health Group is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support building and grounds upkeep in our Woburn, MA facility. The role involves inspecting spaces, performing routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and assisting with event setups and daily cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events, including moving and arranging furniture.
• Conduct minor building, HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with daily cleaning of facilities: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Help with landscape maintenance (mowing, hedges, snow removal).
• Follow health and safety regulations on every job.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials.
• Communicate with supervisors about unsafe conditions or damaged equipment or supplies needed.

Job description

The main duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Associate include:

• Assist with the daily cleaning of the facilities, including sweeping, mopping and trash removal
• Help with landscape maintenance, including mowing grass, trimming hedges and shoveling snow
• Follow all health and safety regulations and practices on every job
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials
• Communicate with supervisors about unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or supplies needed
