Job description

Pay / Schedule:

$20/hr. Monday to Friday, 5 am to 3:30 pm, with great opportunities for overtime pay. At 50 hours per week, you can earn weekly gross pay of $1,100.

Description:

The Maintenance Assistants are responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands, and for increasing the utilization and efficiency of assets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform activities as assigned by the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Technician.
  2. Work under the direct supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.
  3. Perform low-level, non-invasive maintenance tasks.
  4. Ensure that assigned equipment is maintained according to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the division, relevant maintenance programs, and standard work.
  5. Adhere to transactional discipline within TLM business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used, and time.
  6. Comply with division TLM standards.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and remedial work plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
  8. Support efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
Experience & Exposures:
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes and workflows.
  • Experience with small engines.
  • High School Diploma required.
