National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Oklahoma City, OK to upgrade and maintain the condition of a 201-unit residential community. The role involves preparing units for occupancy and performing various maintenance tasks as needed.

Applicants should have proven experience in maintenance and a strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties. Benefits include a housing discount and health insurance among others.

Reports to: Property Manager & Lead Maintenance

Location: Midwest City, OK

Units: 201

Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living

Summary

Meadowood Village Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 201-unit residential apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for occupancy
• Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
• Perform daily trash pickup
• Assist in general maintenance work as requested
• Perform light checks
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance
• On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager

Skills

• Proven experience as maintenance associate
• Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
