Job summary

Ashton Park in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Maintenance Associate to maintain our 256-unit residential community. You will prepare units for occupancy, perform make-readies, and assist with general maintenance tasks.

You will handle painting, light repairs, landscaping, and pool maintenance, with on-call responsibilities. Compensation includes $20.00 per hour, 401(k) with matching, health insurance, paid time off, and rent discount for onsite living.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance associate
• General maintenance duties including painting, drywalling
• Working knowledge of tools and common appliances
• Good physical condition

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for occupancy
• Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
• Perform daily trash pickup
• Assist in general maintenance work as requested
• Perform light checks
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and pool maintenance
• On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager

Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Ashton Park is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 256-unit residential apartment community.
