Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Garland, TX to maintain facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for individuals served. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, painting, and records management as part of a nationwide network.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules with benefits including PTO, health coverage for full-time staff, paid training, holiday pay, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment.
• Current contractor license as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, housekeeping, and other mechanical equipment; inspect and repair damages to hallways, walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, and rooms.
• Paint and refinish building surfaces.
• Order necessary maintenance supplies and provide maintenance to all tools and equipment.
• Monitor and assist in basic maintenance of facility vehicles.
• Maintain operational records and data; monitor and enforce safety regulations.

Job description

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. Maintenance Associate

• Maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program
