Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Fort Collins to maintain the club's property and perform general facility upkeep. You will respond to requests, identify hazards, and help with repair projects to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires basic HVAC or construction-related skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. On-call availability for emergencies and a readiness to learn on the job are essential.

Qualifications

• Live in Fort Collins
• Be willing and able to be on call for occasional emergencies at odd hours
• Be willing to learn on the job
• Be able to work with little to no supervision
• Have a can-do attitude regardless the challenge

Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties daily to ensure buildings operate per standards
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance across the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• Other duties as required

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club's property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions. Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club's standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• Other duties as required
  

Job Requirements

• HVAC experience preferred
• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
