Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Maintenance Associate to care for the club property and support ongoing operations. You will perform general facility maintenance, address requests, and identify unsafe conditions to keep the club functioning smoothly.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with the Facilities Manager. HVAC experience is preferred, along with knowledge of general construction trades and mechanical repair.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform regular and preventive maintenance across the facility.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• HVAC experience
