You will support daily maintenance duties across showrooms, offices, and common areas, upholding the high standards associated with our brand.

The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to perform physical tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of showroom, offices, customer areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and restock restrooms and other designated areas.
• Maintain entrances, walkways, and other areas for overall appearance.
• Monitor supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with additional facility and maintenance tasks as assigned.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Benzel-Busch Mercedes- Benz Maintenance Associate, you will play an important role in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and customers This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of our dealership facilities while helping ensure our workplace reflects the high standards associated with the Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz brand

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness of dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, customer areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
• Clean and restock restrooms and other designated areas.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of entrances, walkways, and other areas of the property.
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies and notify your supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
• Assist with additional facility and maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with the maintenance team, employees, customers, and management.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
